At Trusted Independent Living services our mentorship model empower residents to transition from dependence to independence through structured guidance, career preparation and consistent emotional support.

Residents receive ongoing support encouragement and accountability to help them stay motivated and achieve long-term success.

We are housing Adults on fixed income (SSI, SSDI)

Adults with disability seniors who are mostly independent but need structure.

Adults transitioning from hospitals, rehab centers, Assisted living.

Adults needing stable housing, structured environment, light supervision, mentorship, and support

  • Rent is due on the first of each month and late after the 10th

    Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM

    No illegal substances

    Smoking only in designated areas

    Visitors must respect, community rules

    Visitors must lead at a reasonable time

    Residence must maintain cleanliness of personal and shared areas

    Residence must respect house members, personal space and belonging

    No weapons allowed on property

    Violations of rules may result in termination of lease
